Snuglz

Hi, I had a question regarding reasoning behind choice of raiding professions. I have been following methods success for quite a long time and have nothing but the highest opinions on your guild and wish you guys the best in ulduar :)
I currently play a holy paladin and am using JC/BS ( http://www.wowarmory.com/character-shee ... l&n=snuglz (http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Laughing+Skull&n=snuglz) )
I had noticed that lots of players in your guild (including the holy pallys) have decided to go with JC / Alch. My question is, how do you guys like alchemy compared to the 2 extra slots from BS? Would you recommend it as something worth switching to for ulduar? Never had experience with crazy alchemist's potions, but they do look like a nice perk on top of the flask benefits.
Also 1 last question (haha sorry) for Protec, I was watching your thorim PTR video and was intrigued by your choice of flask. Pure mojo a flask you use commonly, or just a situational one? I personally have been going back to the old school flask of distilled wisdom lately.
Sorry for the long post and I really appreciate your time in reading this :)
