Question about Ignis the Furnace Master

If got one question about Ignis the Furnace Master, how do you heal this encounter?? our tank gets hurt after 15 seconds with 40k HP ?? and is a onehit enemy thanks for helping me

discpriest + 100% inspiration uptime = win

but which discipline has 100% inspiration on it?? so another trick should be theire? but how do you do that??

We did something like this:

MT - pala+discpriest
OT1 - pala
OT2 - holypriest
Raid - holypriest+shaman (slag pot)

The uptime on inspiration is really high, but it's absolutely not 100%. If you have three active constructs you use a CD (Pain Suppression, Shield Wall, Guardian Spirit, etcetera).

E: Hotchocolate, feel free to hang around and help out, but I think the OP was asking how Method are doing it and your answer wasn't even really helpful I think.
