Raiding Death Knights

Hello.
I have few question to raiding DKs. (my armory here (http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=The+Maelstrom&n=Duszka))
I want to make good dps, could you give me some tips? First I have to change my gear,
but I want to know what build is the best for dps now. It will be great if you create some good and link it here.
I want to know what rotation do you use or what I should use with my build (that's very important for me).
Do you use some macros that can increase my dps?
And I want to know one more thing. Glyphs! What glyphs should I use?

It would appear your using the old Blood build the new one looks more like this http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#jfVMqh0IcbRfostZfMbhxc but there are a few different conceptions of it, this is the one I use personally, and I would recommend a decent amount of arp before considering blood, but again thats down to personal preference I suppose, a spec like this - http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#jfVMZZfMhIxcdxcq0ssut would probably be best looking at your gear, although it is possible to switch out Necrosis or Desecration for Dark Conviction, I would suggest having a look over the Elitest Jerk forums for more indepth information on specing and gear
