Voting system is good, only problem is, once you cant your vote you can't see names of ppl who voted pro/con, before casting yours if you click "see poll results" you see names. Just enable them all the time, transparency is good.

Can we add a IRL profession question and maybe a what spec question to the application template, put them instead of the what do you enjoy most useless question plz.
