Secondly I would like to know if a complete editing and equally critical that optimize rectouche haste.

My UI looks like this

Primary addons are: Grid, Bartender4, Powerauras, Tellmewhen, ForteExorcist and shadowed unitframes.

As for the second question the Tyrande's Doll is much better. They both have 321 intellect so they are similar in that respect. Tyrande provdes 350 MP5 if used exactly on cooldown which is always possible. You might wanna subtract some since you wont use it as soon as a fight begins plus human error due to suboptimal use will make the cooldown a little longer than 1 minute.
Tsunami provides 400 spirit. In my current gear gaining one spirit gives about 0,65 MP5. So tsunami gives 260 MP5. This is not accounting for ramp-up time plus potential loss of uptime.

TellMeWhen or/and PowerAuras are among the best addons in the game. Whenever you have to pay attention to a debuff/buff, you can display it as big as you want on your screen, so you can do whatever you have to do (moving out of the raid for example).
