    while streaming its Cpu 47% is the max ive seen and then it droped to 30% going up again then back to 30% etc

    Memory is 3.95GB

    Should just be outdated addon related then, your PC is pleeeenty to handle streaming

    ok well thanks for the help then gonna update all my addons remove the useless etc, But could u tell me if i have the best setup for my streaming to get the best quallity?

    Location Amsterdam
    Preset: fast
    Quallity 10
    VBV Max Bitrate ( kbps) 1400
    VBV Buffer (kbit) 1400

    cause you said something about the bitrate, cause atm i think i dont got the perfet tweek to say it like that.

    Ye but it up at around 2600-3000ish but not above. Rest should be fine, can put 30 FPS instead of 25

    Quality 10 can be a bit overkill, try with 8 or 6 and see if it works better.

    It's mostly about stand still image quality, doesnt take much usage of anything

    Great guide. Its really helped a ton but I do have one question. I cannot seem to figure out why my stream is so choppy yet the picture is perfect. Here's my specs:

    CPU: i5 2500k
    RAM: 4GB DDR3
    GPU: GeForce 560Ti
    Connection: 16mbps UP/16mbps DOWN

    -XSplit-

    FPS: 30
    RES: 1920x1080
    Location: Closest to me
    Preset: Faster
    Quality: 10
    Bitrate: 2400

    This is what is happening:

    I feel like I've tried everything but its just not working. Have used screen region and game source to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
