No you should not. And no idea about numbers with your gear sorry, just practice more.

So my gear got better and I have been doing more heroic fights, and I just don't see how it is even posibble to get those huge ignites, it doesn't even get very high on Ultraxion where I stand still for the netire fight

You wrote that you have to force your combustion every 1 min 10 seconds, but when i dont have a big ignite on this time, should i wait a few more seconds?
It really happens not often that i get a big ignite my normal ignites are between 12-25k. Ignites above that are really rare. Maybe im doing something wrong.

There is nothing wrong with your gear, really. Yeah getting a big ignite is part of Fire spec's RNG so when I say force it every 1min10 I meant, get a descent ignite at least. And since with the HP nerfs the fights last less and less meaning you can only squeeze in 2 combustions and sometimes 3, just aim for the highest ignite possible and do only 2 combustions if that's what it takes.
