How I think MoP will end.

I think he might be right in many ways.
Allowing players to group up between horde and alliace - forming friendships but with limitations.
When outside of the group you still act like the horde and alliance these days, but when you group up you lose the ability to attack the horde - you become friendly with the target.
We will learn 1 common language we can speak towards eachother but you can choose to speak in your faction language - making only other races of your faction to be able to understand that.

There are so many more things they can do to still keep the difference and the 'war' between the horde and alliance while still allowing groups to get together and help eachother.

You can even grief players of the other faction, by grouping up and then abandoning them! Giving back the 'backstab' feeling which you cannot do right now :)
