Good mouse+keyboard (I'm using Razer DeathAdder + BlackWidow, or Naga if you like more buttons on mouse)

SSD is insane especially for loading screen in wow.
A low/middle range gpu is enough like a 650 gtx (less than 150e).
As said above get a good keyboard/mouse, i'm using naga epic + nostromo/anansi and it's awesome for wow.

Should you get a headache from staring at the monitor for too long, I heard there are special glasses that are good for that.
