Guardian Druid log help?
We have a druid who is drastically underperforming. What we need to know is if the problem is something small and fixable, or major and a sign that he is not ready for 25H raiding.
Here are logs from our recent 25N will kill, and logs from our recent 25H feng kill.
25N Will:

25H Feng:

As a DK tank I know enough to go over basic cooldown mapping and some of the basics with him, but having never played a druid before it's hard for me to find exactly how he is so spiky.
Thanks,
Reniat US-Spinebreaker

Guardian druids spike little more then other tanks but that shouldnt be a problem. As an Guardian druid myself i took a look those logs. As far as i can see only thing he is lacking is frenzied regenation usage. I mean like in Feng fight where is loads of spelldmg on tanks (50% of all dmg (dot from boss) he didnt use any frenzied regenations so hes self hps was around 5k (leader of the pact and renewal). And im normally doing around 20k on feng fight as self hps and that is in 8.30-9min fight around 7mil+ more selfhealing. Now im in a 10man guild 2/6hc atm so i really cant go that in to details since some things are different on 10man/25man.

Well spiky is one thing. I'm a DK, I know about burst damage. But he is spiking so hard his healers can't keep up. The healers that are on me are actually focusing on him, leaving me to essentially fend for myself in some cases. Is his frenzied regen use really the difference between "not viable" and "able to tank for a want-to-be top 50 US guild?" (currently 89th US, since we're having some roster issues. Such as the off-tank role and some DPS not pulling their weight. We recruited a prot warrior with the intention of having the druid go feral simply because we can't progress on 25H garajal with the dmg intake the druid is getting.)
