A Question for Hpriests

I've been raiding as an Hpriest since the beggining of cata and i still havent been sure about whats the best, so here's the deal.

On Heroic modes which one has proven to be the best chakra state? Serenity or Sanctuary.

This not assuming any healing assigns, just talking about numbers.
